Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Pro and Desk start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you'll never be charged.
When you're charged
When the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged the price shown at checkout, monthly or yearly. It then renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. We'll email you before any yearly renewal and before any price change.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Account → Cancel subscription in the tracker. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
No refunds after the trial
Payments made after the free trial are non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly payments, renewals, upgrades and plan switches. We don't give refunds or credits for unused time, partial periods or periods in which you didn't use the service.
Discounts
If you accept a discount when cancelling, your subscription continues at the discounted price for the period stated and then returns to the regular price. Discounts are one per customer.
Exceptions
If we bill you in error, for example a duplicate charge, we'll refund the incorrect amount. Where the law of your country or state gives you a right to cancel and be refunded, that right applies and this policy doesn't limit it.
